Judicial motion aimed at at establishing the lack of conformity with an international treaty and annulling Section 12(1)(a) of the Act CXCI of 2011 on the Benefits for Persons of Altered Working Ability and on the Amendment of Certain Acts (disability benefit)
The lack of a regulation allowing for the appraisal of the actual condition of a person with a reduced ability to work violates Hungary’s international obligations.
