(4) and Section 110/A of the Act CCXII of 2013 on certain provisions and transitory rules connected to the Act CXXII of 2013 on Agricultural and Forestry Land Trade and Section 53/C of the Act CLXXVII of 2013 on temporary and authorizing provisions connected to the taking effect of the Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (requirement of cardinality concerning the amendment of Fétv.) (3) second phrase of the Act CLXI of 2011 on the Organisation and the Administration of Courts and the judgement No. 9.Pf.22.280/2013/10/I. of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court of Appeal (representation of courts by the National Office for the Judiciary, right of enforcement) (IV/3359/2015.)
